LDAC 2017

I was honored to be able to attend the Leadership Development & Advisory Council (LDAC) for a third year. This event is hosted by the Appraisal Institute and includes 100 highly talented appraisal professionals. The 2017 Chair was Trevor Hubbard, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS and the Vice Chair was Rodman Schley, MAI. Here is a list of the discussion groups:

Julie Battaglia, MAI, AI-GRS lead the discussion on "Appraise or Consult, Are Specializations the Future?"

Melissa Downing, MAI lead the discussion regarding "What the Appraisal Institute will look like in 20 years."

Steve Henry, MAI lead the discussion on "Branding."

Travis Taylor, MAI lead the discussion regarding issues with beginning and experienced appraisers.
